The fourth book of “The Illegitimate Heirs” series.

Lucien “Luke” Garnier and his siblings had just found out that they were the heirs of Owen Larson whose, mother Emerald Lawson, was the owner and CEO of Emerald, Inc. Emerald
was giving each of her grandchildren one of her companies. Luke already owned Garnier Construction Company, and with the gift of Laurel Enterprises from his grandmother, he would have the largest construction company in the South. Luke was now beginning to think about his future, deciding he would need an heir to leave his company to. The only problem -- he had to find the right surrogate mother to make his wishes come true.

Luke’s executive assistant Haley Rollins would be able to find out all the information that Luke needed for him to get his son. Haley had worked for Luke for the last five years and she had known that from the beginning that Luke would never see her as anything other than his assistant, someone who kept his office running smoothly. Then Haley found out that Luke couldn’t use a surrogate mother unless he was already married. Luke comes to the conclusion that the only person that would be perfect for his son mother was Haley, his executive assistant. So Luke asks her to marry him. But, Haley has some demands of her own, she would marry him and have his child only if she could share joint custody of their child.

Kathie DeNosky brings the fourth book of this series to life. I loved the Ms. DeNosky had these two tied up in knots not knowing which directions they would turn next. Will Luke realize what he has with Haley before it is too late? Watch for the Arielle story “One Night, Two Babies”
# 1966 coming out September 2009 and Jake story “The Billionaire’s Unexpected Heir” coming out in October. I enjoyed this story very much.
