James Westmoreland, with his sons and nephews, traveled from Atlanta, Georgia, to Denver,
Colorado, to meet Raphel Westmoreland’s great-grand children. Dillon was the oldest of
the fifteen grandchildren. Dillon’s parents and his aunt and uncle had died, so he had taken responsibility for all of the minor children. Dillon wanted to find out all that he could about his great-grandfather who was reported to be a wife stealer. After meeting his Atlanta cousins, Dillon decided to go to Gamble, Wyoming and find out the truth.
Pamela Novak was going to marry Fletcher Mallard. Pamela’s father had died with a large mortgage on the ranch. Fletcher had promised to pay off the mortgage after they married so that her three younger sisters could stay on the home ranch. The young Novak sisters didn’t like Fletcher and didn’t want Pam to marry him. Then tall, dark, and handsome Dillon Westmoreland shows up. Dillon wanted to find information about the partnership that Jay Novak and Raphel Westmoreland had on the dairy farm. An why Raphel ran off with Jay’s wife too. Pamela tells him that there is a trunk and a journal in the attic that Jay Novak, Pamela great-grandfather had left behind. Fletcher wants Pamela to send Dillon away, but the spark that was set off from the time that their eyes first met just couldn’t be ignored.
Brenda Jackson has found another hunky group of Westmoreland’s in Denver, Colorado, and I, for one, can’t wait to hear all of their stories. This first story will make you want to be there in Wyoming as Dillon meets up with a woman that will change his life forever. If he isn’t careful he may become a wife stealer, just like his great-grandfather, Raphel Westmoreland. Dillon just knows that when a Westmoreland meets the right woman, he has to make her his own. It is the “Westmoreland’s Way”.
